Company policies / Delivery Policy

Clear expectations. Agreed delivery.

How delivery and fulfilment are handled across our service engagements.

Delivery PolicyLast updated: 16 October 2026
01

Scope of this policy

VoroHQ.com is a corporate information and enquiry website. It does not currently sell goods, accept online payments, or offer instant delivery. This policy explains our general approach if you enter into a service engagement with Voro Ventures Private Limited. The written proposal, order confirmation, programme terms, or service agreement identifies the actual deliverables and timeline, subject to applicable law.

02

What is confirmed before work begins

The relevant team will confirm the service scope, format or mode of delivery, milestones, fees and taxes, payment schedule, required inputs and approvals, review or revision arrangements, and the contact responsible for the engagement. Please obtain these details in writing before paying. Delivery periods start from the milestone specified in that agreement, which may depend on receipt of the agreed advance, complete inputs, or approvals.

03

Digital and creative work

Where agreed, digital work may be supplied through email, a secure download, an agreed file-sharing platform, or another documented channel. Film specifications, versions, source files, revisions, usage rights, and acceptance criteria must be expressly agreed; they are not assumed to be included. Download availability and any transfer of rights follow the project agreement.

04

Events and recognition programmes

Any confirmed event or programme will specify its date, location or participation method, registration or access arrangements, and included deliverables. Certificates, trophies, recordings, or other materials are included only where expressly stated. A programme’s selection or recognition decision is separate from delivery of a purchased service and is subject to its published criteria.

05

Real estate engagements

Property-related services are delivered through the agreed advisory, facilitation, or other lawful scope. A property handover, possession date, approval, or conveyance is not a delivery commitment by Voro merely because an enquiry is made through this website. Responsibilities of the seller, developer, buyer, and any intermediary must be set out in the relevant documents and statutory disclosures.

06

Physical dispatch, if agreed

No standard physical shipping service is offered through this website. If a specific engagement includes physical materials, the delivery address, dispatch method, applicable charges, estimated dates, and tracking arrangements will be confirmed separately. Tell us promptly about incorrect addresses, missing items, or transit damage so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under the agreement and law.

07

Delays, changes, and acceptance

If a timeline is affected by missing inputs, requested scope changes, approval delays, or circumstances outside reasonable control, we will explain the impact and seek to agree revised milestones. Such circumstances do not automatically remove refund or other statutory rights. Report delivery issues promptly with the relevant reference, the affected deliverable, and a clear description. Silence alone does not waive your legal rights or automatically establish acceptance.

08
